The room light was off for 3 hours and it was fixed but it still went off and on 5 times and still didn't turn on Complained about asking to move rooms, asked for an additional fee of 100,000, finally moved rooms but had to resort to grumbling first, it should have been an initiative from the hotel to provide compensation to customers for compensation in a way that comfort was prioritized, but only 1 room in our place was the problem, why was the process so long, we should be angry -get angry first. Please pay attention to management if there are certain cases like this to make it easier to resolve problems for customers

Twin bed + breakfast/night can be priced at 315 thousand, no TV remote, must be manual, toilet is dirty+slippery, swimming pool is mossy and dirty, the water makes it itchy
